No, but we are available at many convenient hours, including weekends and holidays to assist you with many emergency and urgent wellness services.
When should I seek services of Advanced Urgent Care?
If you or your family is sick or injured, you can walk into any of our convenient locations and we will see you promptly. We are also here in case your family practitioner is not available or if you do not want to wait for prolonged periods at a hospital emergency room for something that requires non-life threatening attention.
Is it more expensive to go to an urgent care clinic than an ER?
In many cases, Advanced Urgent Care is less expensive than a traditional hospital emergency room services. We also offer more payment options and accept most health insurances and self-paying customers as opposed to some emergency rooms who have been known to turn customers away or who require immediate payment upon services rendered.
Do I need an appointment?
You can just walk into any one of our four locations without an appointment. We have many exam rooms available to service our customers expeditiously.
I don’t have health insurance. Can I still get urgent care?
Yes, we do accept self-paying clients and can setup an affordable way for you to either make payments or to use Online Bill Pay for your convenience. We help everyone, not just individuals who have health insurance. Advanced Urgent Care can also extend a medical discount program to qualified customers and to those who do not have insurance.
I have health insurance but want to make sure you will accept it?

What if my health issue is not urgent? Will I have to wait a long time?
Whether you come in to consult your baby’s diaper rash or if you just want to get vaccinated to prevent from seasonal flus and common viruses, we handle every patient expeditiously and promptly to get you back to work or home as fast as possible.
Do I need an appointment?
You can just walk into any one of our four locations without an appointment. We have many exam rooms available to service our customers expeditiously. Although wait time does depend upon how many clients we have in the office at any given time, you can call ahead or wait depending on your preference.
Do I need a referral from a primary physician?
No, our services are designed to be convenient; therefore no referral is needed from your primary doctor. Just walk in and we can then send your file to your family practitioner upon request.
What ages of people do you treat?
From newborn infant to mature patients, we treat everybody. Infants, toddlers, children, teens, adults, and the elderly are all welcome, as well as corporate accounts who want to send employees in for physical examinations and screenings.
Can I pay my medical bill online?
Yes, we have recently setup an online bill payment option for your convenience.
How do I know if I need to go to the emergency room instead of having urgent care?
Please review our injury care page under the list of services we provide. We cover non-life threatening illnesses and injuries, but for more serious afflictions, including both internal and external health problems, you can call ahead to find out right away if we will be able to help or not.
Is your medical staff bilingual?
Yes! We speak Spanish and English at all of our locations.
Can Advanced Urgent Care prescribe medications or fulfill prescriptions?
our doctors are able to prescribe medications that patients need in order to begin the healing process, and in many cases we can fulfill the prescriptions or send patients home with enough to meet their immediate needs. We can also recommend local pharmacies for our patients to pick up their prescriptions.
Is your facility handicapped accessible?
Yes, our offices are designed to be comfortable and convenient for everyone, including wheelchair and handicapped individuals. Our staff can even help disabled customers to get inside our clinic. Just ask!
